Filter and Format Options for Forms

You can use this window to select the range of forms to print, the page margins of the form, the number of copies you want to make, and the type and size of fonts to display on the form.

Print/Email

The Print/Email tab is used to define the range of forms to print, form dates, and set up the starting form reference numbers (for example the first invoice number). The type of information on each Print/Email tab varies for each type of form. You can only access the Print/Email tab by selecting the form in the Select a Report or Form window and using the Preview and Print button located below the sample image on the window.

Print Setup

The Print Setup tab defines printer options for the form, the number of copies to print, page margins for the form, and alignment settings. Tell me more about print setup options for forms.

Email Options

In addition to the standard tabs discussed above, the Email Options tab appears in the case of forms that are available for emailing to either customers or vendors. These forms include vendor purchase orders and customer collection letters, credit memos, quotes, statements, sales orders, and invoices/packing slips. Tell me more about email options.
