The Sage Dashboard1 You need a service plan that includes Office 365 Integration. Microsoft Office 365 Business Premium is required. has three tabs:

  • Receivables
  • Payables
  • Revenue and Expenses

Receivables

Overdue Sales by Period is a bar chart that displays the total overdue sales that reached their payment terms in a specific month.

  • The widget displays data for the last 12 months.
  • The current month is broken into specific time periods. Each time period is displayed in the bar chart legend. The monthly total is also displayed.
  • Click a time period in the legend to display more detailed information in the Accounts # day widget.

Accounts <#> days overdue is a pie chart that displays detailed information about overdue sales that reached their payment terms on a specific date in the current month.

  • Each slice in the pie chart represents an account. A maximum of five accounts are displayed. If there are more than five accounts, the remaining accounts are totalled and displayed as Other.
  • The time period that you clicked in the Overdue Sales by Period widget is displayed as the widget title. For example, Accounts 14+ days overdue.
  • Click an account to display more detailed information in the Transactions for widget.

Transactions for is a list that displays all overdue invoices for an account.

Payables

Overdue Purchases by Period is a bar chart that displays the total overdue purchases by month for the past year.

  • The widget displays data for the last 12 months.
  • The current month is broken into specific time periods. Each time period is displayed in the bar chart legend. The monthly total is also displayed.
  • Click a time period in the legend to display more detailed information in the Accounts # day widget.

  • Budget is displayed on the chart as a line.
  • Hover over a category on a bar to display more details in a pop up window.

Expenses is a bar chart that displays the total expenses by month for the past year.

  • The widget displays data for the last 12 months.
  • The expenses for each month are divided into categories. Each category is displayed in the bar chart legend. Categories are not listed in alphabetical order.
  • Budget is displayed on the chart as a line.

Profit and loss widget is a bar chart that displays the total net profit, income, and expenses for the past year so you can quickly view your income and expenses.

  • The widget displays data for the last 12 months.
