The Sage Contact add-in integrates your Sage 50 contacts to Office 365 so you can see information about your Sage 50 contacts in Outlook.
Note: If you update information for your Sage 50 customers and vendors in Outlook 365, the updated information appears in Sage 50 the next time your Sage 50 company synchronizes.
View Sage Contact add-in
If you’re sending an email to a Sage 50 customer or vendor in Outlook 365, click the Sage Contact icon below the email body to the left. The Sage Contact add-in opens to the right.
If you receive an email from a Sage 50 customer or vendor, you can also click the Sage Contact icon to view the Sage Contact add-in.
View Sage 50 contacts in Office 365
At any time, you can quickly see any contacts that belong to your Sage 50 company.
- Click the People tile.
- Then expand Your contacts.
- Open Other contacts and then click Sage Contacts.
View recent email and Sage 50 communications between you and a contact
You can see recent Outlook email communications and Sage 50cloud communications between you and a contact on the Comms tab. A maximum of 10 communications are displayed, sorted by the most recent.
- In your Outlook mailbox, select an email from the contact you want to work with.
- Click the Sage Contact icon in the email.
- Sign in to Sage Contact if prompted and click the linked contact in the Sage Contact list.
- Click the Comms tab to view a list of recent communications between you and the current contact.
