Pay Employees

Note: We recommend that you subscribe to one of the Sage Business Care plans and install the latest tax service update. Otherwise, you will have to manually calculate and enter your payroll taxes and other deductions.

There are two ways to print payroll checks: individually and in a batch.

To pay a single employee and print a check

  1. Select Tasks, then Payroll Entry.
  2. Then select the area of the window you want help for.

To pay a group of employees and print checks

From the Tasks menu, choose Select for Payroll Entry. Sage 50 displays the Select Employees--Filter Section window. Select the section of the process you want help for.
