Fields (Maintain Customers/Prospects)
Custom fields offer you a way to keep track of specific information your business needs.
To enter custom field information for the selected customer record, enter it in the Customizable Fields section on the General tab in the Maintain Customers/Prospects window. You can filter some reports by customizable fields.
