Copy a Purchase Order

• When you copy a transaction, you create one copy of the transaction that is displayed.
• When you memorize a transaction, you create a template that can be used to create the same transaction over and over without having to re-enter the information. Tell me how.

1. Go to Lists>Vendors & Purchases>Purchase Orders.
2. Select the purchase order you want to copy.
3. Click the Copy button.
4. The new purchase order opens on the Purchase Orders screen.
5. Add or edit the information on the purchase order as necessary.
6. Click Save.

Note: You can also right-click on a purchase order in the list to choose to copy it.

Only the following information from the original purchase order will be copied to the new purchase order:

• Vendor
• Remit to information
• Ship to information
• Drop ship designation
• Terms
• Ship via information
• A/P Account
• Line items
• Notes
