Expense Tickets
Expense tickets record expenses for a customer, a job, or administrative purposes. Expense tickets recorded for a customer or job can later be applied to customer invoices.

You can also search for and edit an existing expense ticket once it has been entered into the system.

In Maintain Inventory Items, you can set up a special item class for charge items, which are used for recording expense tickets.
