Tickets Recorded By Report

The Tickets Recorded By report lists tickets recorded by each employee and vendor, including ticket number and date, type of ticket, item ID, and billing amount. This report is useful when reviewing what employees or vendors have recorded. This report also has filters to display only customer, job, or administrative tickets. For example, you could filter the report to display all of an employee's administrative time tickets or administrative expense tickets.

Options

Click the Options button to determine the data criteria for the reports you want to see or print. For this report Sage 50 displays the following filter options:

  • Date: You have the choice of All, Range, Today, This Period, and the week, month, period, quarter, and year to date. If you select range, you can enter a beginning and ending date.
  • Sort by: You can only sort by recorded ID (employee and/or vendor).
  • Select a filter: First, select a filter on the left. Then, define the options for that filter on the right. The options differ based on the filter selected. Tell me more about the types of filter options.
  • Recorded By: You can select All, Employees, or Vendors to sort the report.
