Ticket Listing by Customer Report

The Ticket Listing by Customer report lists work performed and billing amount by customer. What have you done for each customer? How much time was spent with a customer? How many expenses were recorded for a customer? This report can be summarized by billing status to see the total number of tickets that are billable, non-billable, no charge, and still on hold. You can filter the report by item ID to see how much of each activity and charge item you've completed for a customer. You can also include the Used in Sales/Invoicing field to see which tickets have or have not been billed.

Options

Click the Options button to determine the data criteria for the reports you want to see or print. For this report Sage 50 displays the following filter options:

  • Date: You have the choice of All, Range, Today, This Period, and the week, month, period, quarter, and year to date. If you select range, you can enter a beginning and ending date.
  • Sort by: You can only sort by customer ID.
  • Summarized By: You summarize report detail by customer ID, completed for ID (employee or vendor), item ID (activity or charge item), billing status, job or phase, or detailed (not summarize).
  • Select a filter: First, select a filter on the left. Then, define the options for that filter on the right. The options differ based on the filter selected. Tell me more about the types of filter options.
