Once an object is placed on a form, you can modify it, if necessary. For example, you might want to change the object's size, format alignment, font, border color, and so on.
- Display a form in the Forms Design window.
- Using the Selection tool, choose the desired object.
- Use the options on the Formatting toolbar to change the properties of the selected object. Tell me more about the Formatting toolbar.
Note: If you do not see the Formatting toolbar on the Forms Design window, select the Options menu and then select Formatting toolbar.
Other Ways To Edit Object Properties
- Display a form in the Forms Design window.
- Using the Selection tool, choose the desired object.
- Click the right mouse button, and choose Properties from the pop-up menu.
- Change the object properties as appropriate.
- When finished, click OK.
Sage 50 displays the appropriate object properties window depending on the type of object you selected (data, text, OLE, and so on).
Note: Double-clicking certain objects in the design area also displays the properties window for that object.
