Change account IDs in transactions while G/L accounts are hidden
Set up other global options for Sage 50
If G/L Account ID fields do not appear in certain task windows, the Hide General Ledger Accounts global option is activated.
To display General Ledger accounts in task windows
- From the Options
menu, select Global Options. Sage 50
displays the Maintain
Global Options window.
- Select the Accounting tab.
- In the Hide General Ledger Accounts section, clear the check box next to the option you want G/L accounts to appear. You have three choices: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll.
- To save your default settings and close the window, click OK.
