Line Item Entry Display (Maintain Global Options)
To determine whether one or two lines will appear in the list distribution box of various task windows, enter a Line Item Entry Display option on the General tab of the Maintain Global Options window.
If you choose two lines, the second line will list descriptions of the item , and G/L account name , and job (if you set up at least one job). You can see account descriptions and whether accounts are increased or decreased by the journal entry.
