Order Picking List
This plain-paper form can be used by your warehouse as a picking list to be marked up as items are included in the shipment. You can include a copy of this marked-up form with the shipped product as a packing slip. A second copy of the marked-up form can be sent to the accounting department as an acknowledgment of the shipment, indicating that the customer needs to be invoiced. The prices of line items are not included on this form.
