Send an Email Message to a Vendor

  1. From the Maintain menu, select Vendors.
  2. Enter or select the vendor to whom you want to send the message. To display a list of existing vendors, select the drop-down arrow on the Vendor ID field.
  3. If you have not already done so, enter the vendor's email address on the General tab.
  4. Click the Email button to the right of the Email field. Your default email program will start with this address applied in a new message.

Note: AOL is not a fully MAPI-compliant email application. If your default email system is AOL, you will not be able to send email alerts from Sage 50.
