Print Vendor Mailing Labels

  1. From the Reports & Forms menu, select Forms, then Vendor Labels and Letters. Sage 50 displays the Select a Report or Form window.
  2. The available forms for printing vendor labels and letters will appear in the Forms list. Sage 50 comes with three predefined vendor mailing label forms. Learn how to purchase label forms.
    • Vendor Labels 3x10: Prints vendor address labels in a standard 3x10-label format.
    • Vendor Labels Continuous: Use this with continuous-feed labels (1 inch).
    • Vendor Labels 1x10: Prints labels for your vendor's billing address in one continuous column.
  3. In the Forms list, double-click the form you want to print. Sage 50 displays the Filter window.
  4. Choose to order the labels by vendor ID or vendor name.

    You can print mailing labels for all or a range of vendors.

  5. When finished selecting filter options, select Print/Email.

    Insert your blank label forms into your printer.

  6. In the Print dialog, Sage 50 displays the default printer. If you want to print to a different printer, use the drop-down arrow in the Name field to select a new one. Otherwise, click OK to begin printing the labels.
