Entering All at Once vs. Entering as Needed (Getting Stared)
You don't need to enter every record immediately. To display a list of existing accounts, select the Lookup button next to it. To add a new record, double-click the record ID field. This makes it easy to enter many records at once or to just enter records when you need to record a transaction.
