Maintain Company Information

The Maintain Company Information window allows you to enter or change your company's basic information. This includes the following:

  • Company name and address information.
  • Contact information.
  • Company federal and state employer identification numbers.
  • Company state unemployment ID.
  • Business type.
  • Directory: The directory path where the currently displayed Sage 50 company resides.
  • Accounting and posting methods.
  • Payroll method.

    Note: If you select Payroll with Direct Deposit, you need to set up Sage 50 Direct Deposit and enter direct deposit information for your company.
