Why should I set up check printing defaults?

These settings can help you conserve your pre-printed forms when printing zero amount checks or checks that will print on multiple pages.

You can specify if you want to be notified when you are about to print a zero amount check or a multiple page check. This will allow you to print the check or extra pages on blank paper instead of your forms.

What are multiple page checks?

Note: These settings do not apply when printing checks from the Payment Manager.
