Refresh this report

Select a Trial Balance to modify:

  1. In the Home window, open the Report Centre. Select Financials, Trial Balance, and then Standard. Click Modify this report.
  2. (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
  3. In the Report Type menu, select Trial Balance.
  4. Select the fiscal year you want to report on.
  5. (Optional) Select Show foreign balance to display a column with the totals for foreign accounts.
  6. (Optional) Select Hide Accounts With Zero Balance to exclude an account with zero balance from appearing in the report. (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)
  7. Enter the end date for the report (As at or Date).
  8. (Optional) Customize the:
  9. (Optional) Save the report as a template in My Reports.
  10. Click OK to display the report.
  1. In the Home window, open the Report Centre. Select Financials, Trial Balance, and then Comparative. Click Modify this report.
  2. (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
  3. (Optional) Select Show foreign balance to display a column with the totals for foreign accounts.
  4. Enter the As at date for the First and Second periods.
  5. Select how the results should be displayed:
    • Amounts only
    • Amounts and difference in percentage
    • Amounts and difference in amounts
  6. (Optional) Select Show notes to include account notes. (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)
  7. (Optional) Select Show departments if you have turned on the departments feature. Click Select Departments.

    Note: Consolidated companies do not recognize departments. (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)

  8. (Optional) Select Hide Accounts With Zero Balance to exclude an account with zero balance from appearing in the report. (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)
  9. (Optional) Customize the:
  10. (Optional) Save the report as a template in My Reports.
  11. Click OK to display the report.

  2. (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
  3. Select the fiscal year you want to report on.
  4. (Optional) Select Show foreign balance to display a column with the totals for foreign accounts.
  5. (Optional) Select Hide Accounts With Zero Balance to exclude an account with zero balance from appearing in the report. (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)
  6. Select a Range, such as fiscal or calendar year, last year, yesterday, tomorrow, and so forth. You can also create a custom range using the Start and Finish date options.
