You can enter up to 30 columns for your financial statement in this window. You define the columns in a list box with the following fields:
Print: Check this box to print the column. In certain cases, you may want to make a calculation but not show it. In that case, leave the check box clear.
Column: This displays the number of the column (1-30).
Contents: This allows you to choose which type you want the column to be. Your choices are:
Title: This displays the heading you want to appear for the column. Enter a maximum 18-character title in the field. You can also use the Insert Special Code button to insert dates, company time frames, and addresses.
Note: You can easily move any of the columns you set up in this window. How do I do this?
Warning! When you set up a financial statement either in the Financial Statement Design window or in the Wizard, you must define at least one of the columns as something other than <Not Used>. In other words, make sure that at least one of the thirty possible columns in the statement is defined as Description, Text, or one of the various formula types.
