Customer Statements

Send customer statements when you want to notify your customers of their unpaid current and overdue invoices, and payments received. You can also specify how long paid invoices should appear on customer statements.

To review a customer statement, display the Customer Aged report instead.

Note that statements do not include paid invoices that you have cleared using the Clear Paid Customer Transactions command on the Maintenance menu.

Note: Statements do not include paid invoices that have been cleared at the start of a new fiscal year.
