Renew Your Sage Business Care Subscription
If your Sage Business Care Payroll, Gold, or Platinum subscription expires, you will receive reminders to renew your subscription whenever you try to use automatic payroll calculations. You cannot use automatic payroll calculations until you renew your Sage Business Care Payroll, Gold, or Platinum service plan.
To renew your Sage Business Care Payroll, Gold, or Platinum service plan:
- In the Home window or either of the paycheque windows, open the Help menu and select Renew Auto Payroll.
- Call Customer Sales using the number provided in the Renew Auto Payroll window. Do not close this window until your subscription renewal has been completed.
- Read your expiry code number to the Customer Sales representative.
- Enter the renewal code that the Customer Sales representative reads back you.
Note: If you make a mistake while entering your renewal code, Sage 50 Accounting will create a new expiry code. Repeat steps 3 and 4.
- When a message appears thanking you for renewing your subscription, click OK.
