Add, Change, or Remove a Price List

To add, change, or remove a price list you have created:

To add a new price list

  1. In the Home window on the Setup menu, choose Settings.
  2. Click on Inventory and Services, and then Price List.
  3. Click on the next available line and in the Description column, type in the name of the new price list.
  4. (Optional) You can choose to enter prices for all items in this new price list.
  5. Click OK.

To remove a price list you've created

  1. In the Home window on the Setup menu, choose Settings.
  2. Click on Inventory and Services, and then Price List.
  3. Click on the price list you want to remove. On the Edit menu choose Remove Line.
  4. Click OK.

To make a price list active or inactive

  1. In the Home window on the Setup menu, choose Settings.
  2. Click on Inventory and Services, and then Price List.
  3. On the same row as the price list you want to change, click the word in the Status column to switch between Active and Inactive status.
  4. Click OK.
