To import bank statements:
Note: After you download a statement, rename the downloaded file in Windows Explorer. If you do not rename it, the downloaded file will be overwritten by the next downloaded statement.
- If you are working:
- In the Home window, from the File menu, choose Import/Export, and then Import Online Statements.
- In the Account Reconciliation window, select the account you want to reconcile. Then, choose Import Online Statements
from the toolbar or Reconciliation menu. - Follow the instructions in the Import Online Statements wizard.
- Click Finish. The Match Transactions window opens.
Note: You can also import bank statements in the Match Transactions window.
Note: From the File menu, click Print to print the report. Keep it in a safe place.
