Sage 50 Accounting lets you keep track of detailed information
about your vendors and allows you to set up the terms of your business
relationship.
In this tab, record your vendor's address, phone and fax numbers, email address and Web site, the date they became your vendor, as well as your contact points with this vendor, such as the department that serves them.

Note: Once you process a transaction with a vendor, you cannot change the currency option. You must enter a new vendor record using a different currency if you want to make this change.

If you use electronic banking to to pay this vendor, select Allow Direct Deposits For This Vendor and enter their bank account information in this tab.

Inventory can be associated to vendors. Click the button to view the Inventory & Vendors window.
This window allows you to turn on and set up options to import and export transactions with a vendor who uses Sage 50 Accounting.

This tab contains information that you want to appear in the Additional Info Note window when you start a transaction for this vendor. You can also turn on or off these pop-up messages here.

In this tab, you can enter historical invoices and payments for your vendors. When you have finished entering all your historical information, this tab disappears.
