Specify Proposal Complete-by Dates

If you have Estimates in your QuickBooks company and you are converting to Sage 50 Premium Accounting or higher, you will see this window. When you convert, your Estimates will become Proposals. For these proposals, you need to specify a complete-by date. You should enter a date here that is the date you want these Proposals to be completed by.

You can change the complete-by date on individual proposals after the conversion is complete. To call up a list of Proposals in Sage 50, select Lists from the Sage 50 Menubar. Then select Customers & Sales, and then Proposals.

To edit a Proposal from the List window, highlight the Proposal and select Open. This will open it and you can change the complete-by date. Click Save to save the changes.
