Print a Series or Batch of Sales Orders

You can print a batch of sales orders two ways - from the Sales Orders task screen and from the Select a Report or Form window.

How to print from the Sales Orders task screen

  1. From the Tasks menu, select Quotes, Sales Orders, Proposals, then Sales Orders. Sage 50 displays the Sales Orders window.

    Note: Proposals are only available in Sage 50 Premium Accounting and above. Select Quotes/Sales Orders from the Tasks menu if you are not using Sage 50 Premium Accounting or above.

  2. Select the Print drop-down button and then choose Select Sales Orders to Print from the menu. Sage 50 displays the Print and Preview filter window.
  3. Enter any filter selections that Sage 50 should use to print the series of sales orders. For example, you can print all open sales orders or you can print sales orders based on a range of customers, dates, or sales order numbers.

  4. When finished selecting filter settings, click Print/Email.

    The Print dialog appears.

  5. Change printer and/or print properties as needed, and then select OK to print the forms.

How to print from the Select a Report or Form window

  1. From the Reports & Forms menu, select Forms, then Sales Orders, Proposals, and Quotes. Sage 50 displays the Select a Report or Form Window.

    Note: Proposals are only available in Sage 50 Premium Accounting and above. Select Sales Orders and Quotes from the Form Types list if you are not using Sage 50 Premium Accounting or above.

  2. Double-click the form you want to print from the Forms list. Sage 50 displays the Print and Preview filter window.
  3. Enter any filter selections that Sage 50 should use to print the series of sales orders. For example, you can print all open sales orders or you can print sales orders based on a range of customers, dates, or sales order numbers.

  4. When finished selecting filter settings, click Print/Email.
  5. The Print dialog appears.

  6. Change printer and/or print properties as needed, and then click OK to print the forms.
