Read the Data Conversion wizard overview

The Switch to SmartPosting window of the Data Conversion Wizard allows you to change your posting method to SmartPosting. This posting method saves transactions without waiting for them to post. The SmartPosting service will automatically post the transactions for you.

To change your posting method to SmartPosting:

  1. Select the Yes radio button.
  2. Click Next to go to the Data Conversion Wizard - Back Up window.

If you do not want to switch your posting method to SmartPosting:

  1. Select the No radio button.
  2. Click Next to go to the Data Conversion Wizard - Back Up window.

After converting your data, you may change your posting method at any time by going to Maintain>Company Information.
