Sage 50 Technical Support

The Technical Support form can assist Sage Support to resolve your problems, address your comments, or forward your enhancement requests about Sage 50 products and services.

When you contact support, your support representative may ask you to read the information displayed on the form, or sometimes to email the form.

The Technical Support form lists the following:

  • your name and your company name, address, phone and fax numbers, customer ID, and email address (based on what is set up in the Sage 50 company currently open)
  • your subscription level information, including the auto renewal date
  • your description of the problem, comment, or enhancement request that you want Sage 50 to address
  • your Sage 50 setup (on the current computer)
  • your computer's system setup (on the current computer)
  • a log of recent Sage 50 errors

Description: The information you enter in the Description field is saved and will appear the next time the Technical Support Information window is opened. Selecting Delete deletes information entered in the Description field.
