Print the Sage 50 Technical Support Form

  1. From the Help menu, select Support Utilities and then System Information. Sage 50 displays the Technical Support window.
  2. Choose the type of request (Problem, Comment, Question, or Enhancement) by selecting the down arrow at the side of the Category field.
  3. Complete the form, including a brief description of your comment or concern. If you save the form, your description will be saved.
  4. For complete system information, select the PeachtreeXXX.INI check box. Support analysts can use this information to help resolve your problem more quickly.
  5. Click Print or Display. If your support rep requests, you can email her a PDF file of the report.

    Note: Your comments and other information required by customer support will print.

Depending on the support option you select, you can fax, mail, or email ALL of the pages to the number or address provided by Sage Support. If faxing the information to Sage 50, make sure to send ALL the pages that printed.
