Use this window to make changes to an existing sales tax. Here, you can change the sales taxes on freight field, as well as the agencies that are currently applied to this sales tax.
- If you want to change the name of the sales tax or the setting for freight charges, simply change the information in the fields at the top of the window.
- If you want to change the agencies that currently make up this tax, check or uncheck the boxes to the left of the agency names.
- If you decide that you want to edit one of the agencies from this window, click the Edit link to the right of the agency name. This will open the Edit Sales Tax Agency window. On this window you can change the settings for the sales tax agency.
- You can also create a new agency by selecting the Add New Agency button. This will save any changes that you made on this screen and then open the Add a Sales Tax Agency window. When you complete the Add a Sales Tax Agency and click OK, you will return to the Edit Sales Tax window and you can add the new agency to the agencies for this sales tax.
