Tickets/Reimbursable Expenses
Sage 50 allows you to apply billable time tickets, expense tickets, and other reimbursable expenses when you invoice your customers. All tickets and reimbursable expense transactions associated with the customer selected in the Sales/Invoicing window appear in this window.
When you select the Apply tickets/expenses link on the Sales/Invoicing window, there are three categories of items to apply to a sales invoice.
Before you can apply tickets or reimbursable expenses, you have to designate which customer the items are associated with on the sales invoice. If you are using tickets or reimbursable expenses associated with a job, the job's customer must be first selected in the Sales/Invoicing window before you can use the Apply tickets/expenses option.
Note: Time tickets, expense tickets, and reimbursable expenses can only be applied to sales invoices once.
