Action Items/Event Log Options
Use this default window to set your options for how you want your Action Items to appear, and what events you want created automatically.
- To set up action item and event log options, click the Options button in the Action Items window.
Transactions
You can select what sort of transactions you like to have events created for in the Action Items window, as well as what to list on the Events tab. The transaction choices are listed in the box.
When you select the Display in Action Items check box, you can also select the number of days before or after the event date you want the item listed in the Action Items window.
Note: Any transactions you entered before selecting the Create Event or Display in Action Items check boxes will not appear.
Activities
Select the activities that you want displayed on the Events tab of the Action Items window. Activities are those that are entered by you. The choices are listed in the box.
When you select the Display in Action Items check box, you can also select the number of days before or after the event date when you want the item to appear.
Note: Any activities you entered before selecting the Display in Action Items check box will not appear.
Start Up
When you first start Sage 50, you can select to have the Action Items window always appear first.
