Banking Service1 helps your business become more efficient by reducing manual data entry and automating tasks.
You can benefit from Bank Feeds that lets you securely connect to your bank account and retrieve bank transactions. If your financial institution is not available through Bank Feeds, you can still benefit from Banking Service by uploading bank statements and setting up bank rules.

When you add an account, the account's status is Enabled, which means you can download transactions. You can also disable a bank account. At any time, you can change an account's status from Disabled to Enabled.
Note: If you have already downloaded transactions and disable an account, any transactions that you downloaded are not affected by disabling the account.
To disable a bank account after downloading transactions:
- In the Home window, on the Setup menu, select Settings. Open Company, and select Bank Transactions.
- Click Enabled beside the bank account to it change to Disabled.
After you add a bank account, you can give the account a different name. The new name will also be used in the Match Transactions window.
To rename a bank account:
- In the Home window, on the Setup menu, select Settings. Open Company, and select Bank Transactions.
- In the Name column, click on the bank name you want to modify and type in the new name.
- In the Home window, on the Setup menu, select Settings. Open Company, and select Bank Transactions.
- Click Remove to disconnect that bank account.
- In the Home window, click Banking on the navigation pane.
- In the Tasks pane, click the Match Bank Transactions icon.
- Click Upload to Bank Services.
