Previous Invoice or Time Slip
This feature is turned on only when you are looking
up sales or purchase invoices
To display the previous invoice
available for lookup:
In the Purchases, Orders, and Quotes window or the Sales, Orders, and Quotes window, on the Purchases or Sales menu, choose Previous Invoice to display the previous invoice available for lookup.
Invoices are listed in the order in which they are entered, with the most recent first.
To display the previous time
slip available for lookup: In the Time Slips window on the Time Slips menu, choose Previous Time Slip to display the previous time slip available for lookup.
Time Slips are listed in the order in which they are entered, with the most recent first.
