Time and Billing — Purchases Reports
The Time and Billing Purchases reports list the time spent on activities, amounts related to contractor time slips and purchase invoices, and activities performed grouped by customer or activity. The information is accumulated from Time Slip and Purchase Invoice entries. You can use these reports to reconcile purchase invoices that you receive from contractors with your records in Sage 50 Accounting.
All reports include:
- Information from Time Slips. Actual time worked, and the contractor time that will be invoiced to you.
- Written Up/Down Information. The difference between the amount estimated by Sage 50 Accounting and the contractor's actual invoiced amount. For example, if the estimated expense was $40 and the amount on the purchase invoice was $85, the Written/Up Down Amount box would display negative $45.
- Contractor Status. Whether or not a purchase invoice was recorded in Sage 50 Accounting.
