You can add or remove the data columns using the Sage 50 Forms Designer:

To add a column

Click the Columns button.
In the Sage 50 Form Columns Setup window, place a check mark in the row belonging to the column you want to add.
Click OK.

To remove a column

Click the Columns button.
In the Sage 50 Form Columns Setup window, clear the check mark in the row belonging to the column you want to remove.
Click OK.
