Update a Foreign Currency Exchange Rate in a Transaction Window

You must have set up your company to handle foreign currencies.

To update a foreign currency exchange rate:

  1. In the transaction window, click Exchange Rate .
  2. (Optional) In the Exchange Rate window, click Web to open your exchange rate web site and get the latest exchange rate.
  3. Enter the Date and the latest Exchange Rate on a new line.
  4. Click OK to return to the transaction.
