Track a Shipment
- You must have an Internet connection
 - Track shipments must be turned on
 - You must have added a shipper that your company uses
 - You must have added tracking information to a purchase or sales invoice or order
 - To track a shipment from an order, Orders must be turned on
 
To track a shipment:
- Look up the purchase or sales order or invoice.
 - Click Track shipments 
. - Click Web site 
 to open the shipping company's web page. - Copy the tracking number to your clipboard.
 - Enter your tracking number in the shipper's tracking number box (press the Ctrl+V keys to paste in your tracking number).
