Change the Date on a Transaction
To change a transaction's date:
- Click the Calendar 
 
 next to the appropriate date box. - Navigate to the correct month and select a day.
 
Note: You must have turned on the Allow 
 transactions in the future option to enter a date after the current session date. Also, you must have turned on the Allow General Journal 
If you have turned on the Do not allow transactions dated before option, you cannot enter a date that precedes this date.
