You can clear inventory tracking information from your data files to make space on your hard disk. The program will clear details related to inventory turnover: number, amount, and cost of goods sold, for the current and the previous year.
When you choose this command, the following reports are no longer available: Inventory Transactions, Inventory Sales, Customer Sales, Vendor Purchases.
Note: Before choosing this option:
- Print the following reports: Inventory and Services Activity, Inventory and Services Sales, Inventory Transactions (detailed), Customer Sales, and Vendor Purchases.
- Make a backup of your data files.
