To add change, or remove a linked account for delivery orders1 You need a service plan that includes delivery orders.:

Add or change a linked account for delivery orders

In the Home window, on the Setup menu, select Settings. Open Customers & Sales, Linked Accounts, and then Delivery Orders.
Select an account to use with:

Uninvoiced Goods & Services Provided
Gain/Loss when Invoiced

Click OK.

Remove a linked account for delivery orders

In the Home window, on the Setup menu, select Settings. Open Customers & Sales, Linked Accounts, and then Delivery Orders.
Select the linked account you want to remove and press Backspace.
Click OK.
