Download Summary

When you download from Sage Accounting, Sage 50 Accounting receives customer and vendor records, invoices and payments, in addition to inventory items and services, if applicable. The downloaded transactions and records appear in the Download Summary.

To download transactions and records:

Note: If you are already connected to Sage Accounting, in the Home window on the File menu, choose Sage Accounting and select Download Transactions to open the Download Summary window.

  1. (Optional) Create a backup of your Sage 50 Accounting company.
  2. Select a date from which you want to start the download. Only transactions created on or after the specified date are downloaded.
  3. Click Download Transactions to begin downloading transactions and any new or updated records from Sage Accounting. The results are shown in the Download Summary.
  4. (Optional) Print a copy of the Download Summary.
  5. (Optional) Upload records for accounts, customers, vendors, and items to Sage Accounting. This option opens the Connection Wizard.
  6. Click OK to close the window.
