The Inventory Quantity Report
The Inventory Quantity report shows quantity information about selected inventory items. This report tells you:
- Unit. The unit you stock, sell, or buy the item by
- Quantity. The number of units on hand for each item
- Minimum Stocking Unit. The minimum number of an item that you should have on hand
- On Purchase Order. The current number of units on order from a vendor
- On Sales Order. The current number of units that customers have ordered
- To Order. The number of units you need to order for your customers, plus the minimum stocking unit number
You can drill down to the Inventory & Services Transaction Detail report for any item in the report viewer.
To view this report, open the Report Centre in the Home window, select Inventory & Services, and then Quantity. Click Display.
