Modify a Balance Sheet Report

Select the Balance Sheet report you want to modify:

Balance Sheet

1. In the Home window, open the Report Centre. Select Financials, Balance Sheet, and then Standard. Click Modify this report.
2. (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
3. Select the Fiscal Year you want to report on.
4. Enter the end (As At) date for the report.
5. (Optional) Select Yes to revalue foreign currency accounts with different exchange rates.
1. (Optional) Click Web to open your exchange rate web site and get the latest rate.
2. Type the new exchange rate for the currency.
6. (Optional) Select Show Notes to include notes in the report. (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)
7. (Optional) Select Show Departments and click Select Departments. (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)
8. (Optional) Select Hide Accounts With Zero Balance to exclude an account with zero balance from appearing in the report. (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)
9. (Optional) Customize:
   • Columns that appear in the report
   • Showing the accounts in groups and subgroups (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)
   • Printer settings for the report
   • Fonts in the report
   • Footer (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)
10. (Optional) Save the report as a template in My Reports.
11. Click OK to display the report.

Comparative Balance Sheet

1. In the Home window, open the Report Centre. Select Financials, Balance Sheet,and then Comparative. Click Modify this report.
2. (Optional) Select the Template you want to use for the report.
3. Enter the As at date for the First and Second periods.
4. Select how the results should be reported:
   • Amounts only
   • Amounts with Difference in percentage
   • Amounts with Difference in amounts
5. (Optional) Select Show notes. (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)
6. (Optional) Select Show departments if you have turned on departments. Click Select Departments. (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)
7. (Optional) Select Hide Accounts With Zero Balance to exclude an account with zero balance from appearing in the report. (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)
8. (Optional) Customize:
• Columns that appear in the report
• Showing the accounts in groups and subgroups (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)
• Printer settings for the report
• Fonts in the report
• Footer for the report (Sage 50 Premium Accounting)
9. (Optional) Save the report as a template in My Reports.
10. Click OK to display the report.
