Show or Hide the Paid Stamp on Invoices During Lookup

To show or hide the Paid stamp when you look up

ClosedSales Invoices
  1. In the Home window on the Setup menu, choose User Preferences.
  2. Under View, select or clear the Show the paid stamp on fully-paid sales invoices during lookup option.
  3. Click OK.
ClosedPurchase Invoices
  1. In the Home window on the Setup menu, choose User Preferences.
  2. Under View, select or clear the Show the paid stamp on fully-paid purchase invoices during lookup option.
  3. Click OK.
