Change the Font Settings for Reports

To change the font settings used for all printed reports:

  1. In the Home window on the Setup menu, choose Reports and Forms.
  2. On the left side of the window, click Reports.
  3. You can make the following changes to the font settings under the Report Sections area:
  4. To Change: Do this:
    Text colour Click on the colour box or drop-down arrow, select the colour you want to use.
    Font style Click on the font name (for example Arial) or its drop-down arrow, and select the font you want to use.
    Font size Click on the font size (for example 10) or drop-down arrow, and select another size.
    Italics or Bold To turn on (or off) Bold or Italics for a font in a Report Section, click B or I. When a button is pushed in, the feature is on.
    Text alignment Click Left , Centre or Right buttons. When one of the buttons is pushed in, that alignment setting is on.
    Number format for negative amounts Click in the number box or its drop-down arrow, and select a different format from the list.
  5. Click OK.

Note: To restore the original Sage 50 Accounting font settings, click the Default button.
