Adjust Print Alignment for Pre-printed Forms

If you want to adjust the print alignment for cheques or payroll forms, see Adjust Print Alignment for Payroll and Government Forms.

To adjust the print alignment for pre-printed forms:

  1. In the Home window on the Setup menu, choose Reports and Forms.
  2. On the left side of the window, select the transaction group that uses the form you want to adjust.
  3. Click Pre-printed Form.
  4. You can make one or more of following type of alignment changes:
    • Font. From the lists, you can select a different font style or font size
    • Top Margin. Type a number in the box.
    • Left Margin. Type a number in the box.
  5. Click OK.
