Manage Your Merchant Account with Paya
Before you can perform this task
- Open a merchant account with Paya.
- Make sure you have the login information for your merchant account.
Once you open a merchant account with Paya, you can log on to the Virtual Terminal and manage your account online, including settling transactions, locating transaction details, and viewing current and previous monthly reports that allow you to compare sales between periods.
We recommend that you review your reports and settle your credit card payments at the end of each business day.
To log in to your merchant account to settle transactions or review reports:
- In the Home window, on the Setup menu, select Settings. Open Company, Credit Cards, and then Processing Service.
- Under Manage Merchant Account, click the Go to Paya link, and then log in to your merchant account.
