Merge Customer Addresses
Before you can perform this task
You must be in the Select Contact Info window of the Merge Records Wizard.
To save a [Merge From] customer address before the record is removed:
- For each blank address in the [Merge To] customer, select the address you want to save in the Save column of the [Merge From] customer.
- Click Next to continue the Merge Records Wizard.
Note: If the [Merge To] customer has no blank addresses, you must first delete an address to create a blank before you can save an address from the [Merge From] customer.
If you enter customer information in English and French, address names must be unique in both languages.
